If any anon from "X" Country gets Dubs they ruin their own fellow nation, must get insulted, not complimented.
(Cannot be reset, only trips can reset the thread)
If any anon from any country gets trips the thread derails into degeneracy and insults. (Only once trips is reached again the state of the thread can be reset entirely)
