i smoke tobacco to help with my vagus nerve, as i have a debilitating hereditary disease. once i started smoking organic tobacco i feel so much better. i can digest food and have a shit that doesn't look like grapeshot, and i have motivation and concentration. weed helps with pain, and many other things.
