shame but i'm sure another poster other than me will show up, we have a nasty habit of popping up in every place on earth.
for outports my mother's family is from a place called ramea. tiny island that's hours from any form of civilization but i go there for a week or two every august and it's heaven on earth. never too cold, never hot, just warm. everybody there is your friend. it's literally impossible to have a care in the world there, all your problems just seem a light year away. maybe i'm romanticizing it a tad but it is indeed comfy. but be careful about distinguishing an outport and a town like harbour grace, i've got too many stories of that place.
