You won't find a lot of accurate data for the risk of birth defects though. Most of the data for that stuff comes from Indians or Jews, both of which are groups that have inbred for decades and neither of which regularly go for gene testing to determine the risk of birth defects due to it. Even the stereotypical redneck that goes for this wouldn't due to the taboo of the relationship, even if it was legal. The result then is that it's hard to determine if defects occurr specifically because of your 1 generation of inbreeding or if it's due to your bloodline being riddled with heart disease, diabetes, etc.
In all likelihood, 1 generation of incest where both parties are in early 20's will still have a lower chance of deformities than having a child at 30-35 for example.
