>>9275959I've been doing HMB (Historical Medieval Battles) for a bit over a year now. It's a semi-historical pseudo-martial art in which, for the most part, the objective is to beat someone else up with a blunt steel weapon. It requires plenty of stamina and strength to be able to fight on armor for extended periods of time, so if nothing else it's great exercise. I also walk 45-60 minutes every day and do one minute of planking after I get up and before I go to sleep.
