>>12626966Hm, no it‘s not ironic. I can do both without putting on an act. I have become a lot better at establishing boundaries, saying no and be more particular with whom to try to heal, which means i am now also capable of actually not caring about everyone and their mom‘s opinion on me without it being a numbing cope. Doesn‘t mean i feel above valid criticism and not saying that on days i am weak it doesn‘t still hurt. But most days i know my worth and that‘s already a big improvement.
