Did it start happening overnight, and did your mods not do anything about it? From the impressions I've been given, I didn't think the site would actually be hosted in Russia.
There's been a similar phenomenon going on here, but probably more covertly on our /pol/ as far back as 2015. As a result our /pol/ is very schizophrenic and becomes comical whenever anything goes bad for Russia.
There are a lot of sane boards in comparison. /bant/ here for example is mostly just a shitposting battleground.
