Worse, he took a bad spill while walking trails this year and underwent surgery + months of recovery. I'm the youngest member of my family and everyone I love seems ill or halfway-to-dead. If I'm fortunate enough to someday have children, I'm afraid they won't have grandparents or much of an extended family.
I miss my dog.
