They're addicted to something already. That's not to say they're similar in how they affect the brain neurologically. Cocaine stimulates the brain in a much different way affecting different neural pathways than pornography.
While yes you can say that the addicts have very similar behavior and their addiction can be stimulated in the same way by seeing the very substance they're addicted to but you can't equate cocaine and porn affecting the brain the same way.
