religions and cultures that actually existed, even those without proper written language (and barely spoken proper language to this day and largely mentally unable to learn even Spanish), no metal tools, no wheels, no beast of burden, no sea going vessels....left behind so many multi-story stone temples we don't know how many are still in the jungle but they are discovered every day with clearly religious stone carvings with some sort of language, and all sort of artifacts showing family relations, ranks, etc, etc.
