1) Neets are into geeky shit and computers, so even if they aren't going anywhere with their life at the least they are going into the future.
2) Since they're less likely to be in the drug culture they're not going to Jail either.
3) Neets are desperate so they can be pussy whipped and manipulated like nobody's business.
4) Neets have very little romance prospects and the congo pussy is addictive. So he's not going to be a player or cheat on her. And even if he did he would come back begging on all fours and she could manipulate him further.
5) If she has a little bit of patience she can use her influence to help him get an entry level job somewhere. Which might be enough to make him stable.
Also Neets tend to be pretty smart. And even if that intelligence isnt practical, its something her kids will inherit.
