Lunch: Rice and beans
Dinner: Noodles (with canned veg, not shown) plus a side of oily fish and a desert of canned fruit.
Lots of calories and all the micronutrients needed to fight off an infection.
I'm adding to this tomorrow. Going to upgrade to 21 days and add some treats.
