>>12733296 I find with a dose like that I’ll have to take it pretty much at 7 AM if I want to get a good nights sleep that night. 3 tabs and I can drop at around noon and be able to fall asleep soundly at around 1 AM. The times you can get a full nights rest are great so you’re not totally shot the next day.
