Not sure how Andrzej Sapkowski describes his elves but Tolkien who was the father of high fantasy described his elves in this way:
"They were tall, fair of skin and grey-eyed, though their locks were dark, save in the golden house of Finarfin"
The pointy ears are debated as nowhere did Tolkien explicitly state that elves had pointy ears, but their word for ear was related to leaf (presumably from the pointy shape of a typical leaf).
