I just cant believe in him.
I don't really know why. I think its because my brain just cannot accept that God is real. I want to believe Jesus is real and God and our savour - but for some reason I just cant.
I think its because I was brought up to believe in what I can see or there is a lot of evidence for. Like I know Caesar was real because there is plenty of historical records (coins, transcripts, written letters, monuments, etc).
Jesus though? Not much is there. And even if he was real, the faith that he is the literal God of the universe makes it too difficult for me.
I'm not an Atheist though, more of an Agnostic that yearns and searches for God.
Another reason I think I am like this is because the Christian faith is too diverse - how do I know if Catholicism, Orthodox, or Protestant is the way?
>Listen to Holy Spirit
But all the secs say that, so which one is correct? You see, it just creates logical problems as well.
>Read the bible
They also all say that - but there are several different translations that mean different things for different people. You read interpretations to what Catholics say and it makes sense, and then you read interpretations to what protestants say that also makes sense - but they cannot both be correct.
