The smallpox vax killed 10% of gen pop, who were later found to all be immune compromised in some way. Monkeypox is smallpox. The % of immune compromised now via vax is at least 1/3. There were 3 different lots. More doses = More lottery. In any case, caveat emptor, because the ingredients won't be known until we are all dead.
