straight up japanese with no translation? that's pretty weird right? i mean this was the case here as well when i was a kid with us just straight up getting english channels on cable tv. but the only reason we didn't have cartoon network in bulgarian was because of just getting out of communism and isolation from the west so nobody had translated the channel yet or had the rights to it. some cartoons like duck tales and gummi bears would be on bulgarian channels but they were dubbed
