Anubis was able to take over bodies by force because he was able to change not only his frequency but the host too.
By forcing the soul of the host to vibrate in a different frequency he caused the soul to leave the body making way for him. By changing his frequency Anubis is drawn to the now empty vessel and inhabits it.
We can do the same thing. Take psychedelics and you'll experience the same things as an observer where you lack control because you haven't changed all you chakras to match perfectly.
