IF you have reason to suspect parasites in other organs, here's some pro-tips.
Research strings "parasites*kidney" "parasite*liver" "parasite*spinal cord" "parasite*lungs.
There are parasites that lodge in the lungs and lay eggs. Some eggs you cough up and they go into your system to feed, others will burrow out after hatching, mating and laying their eggs.
Each parasite is killed by something specific. Not all things kill all things. That's why I suggest a rotation for full coverage.
