We will rule this 90% out, the other 10% are just the average or hot woman you'd meet everywhere else but at least they're somewhat conservative regarding their mentality and upbringing. The irony being that the culture you'd be fleeing from to Albania these women idolize because of course they grow up relatively poor.
Their language is disgusting and it'd probably take you forever to learn it to any practical degree and visiting her family would be 50/50, either completely accepted as one of their own in which case you'd have basically turks related to you or not accepted at all because you're an outsider. The country itself besides maybe Tirana's center and the countryside, mountains are ugly and 7th world tier.
