The again her outfit is extremely simple... you could just throw one together yourself. You need a french maid outfit that isn't black. Not sure how hard a darkish blue one would be to find. Then some green ribbons. Maybe some stockings with an optional garterbelt. And then there's the shoes. Can't forget the shoes.
In this drawing her outfit is a bit simplified. In the official art she has a red line going around her collar. That can be sewn on or skipped because people would be able to recognize the character just off of the blue maid outfit and green ribbons.
I've never cosplayed but that's what I'd try if I was going to. She's got a simple outfit.
