Theoretically, if a concise collection of perfect facts were to be neatly organized and distributed, it would perpetually gain momentum until resulting in universal unity. It would still be rough though because our inherent flaws, diversity and need for experimentation causes us to drift far away from perfect facts, and we develop a bond and endearment for them even if they aren't correct. But eventually I'd think everyone would gravitate towards the same things if they were perfectly fleshed out. If false, there may never be true harmony.
