Wanted to share something that recently changed my life by quite a bit in terms of mindset to self-improve.
I'm down like 30lbs ( still like 60 to go ) and been keto for about a month now. Really has changed the way my whole brain functions. The way I was able to kick the carbs, and just unhealthy food an behavior, in general, is by associating my negative feelings with it.
When I saw a pizza, I think about that feel when I don't want to take my shirt off at the pool.
When I saw a fast food burger, I think about pants/shirts not fitting right and not wanting to look at my fat ass in the mirror.
This kind of work to start, but over a week or so I noticed I just got fucking angry when I saw food that wasn't on my diet. I no longer saw it as my escape. I was able to get over about a week of keto sickness and felt great. I realized carbs/beer/liquor/everything I used to like was literally bacterial yeast shit I was eating. Even then, when I tried to relapse around the end of week two, my body/taste had changed to the point where processed bread just felt disgusting in my mouth.
Basically, get angry at the shit that has been fucking your life up ( bad food, over fapping etc.. ) It is whats responsible for all those bad feels, and anytime you buy it, you are paying someone to cuck you.
Get pissed off long enough to break those habits.
