>>22042731 I prefer to use beef only, 80/20 rate, and old cow meat, cheap cuts like legs bc its THE most flavorefull by far, but unfortunately hard to find. next is pure lamb or beef-lamb mix, next is beef-pork (pork neck). chicken doesnt make great pelmenis, pure pork neither.
