God being infinite chaos essentially means God is all forms and everything simultaneously, God can not perceive order within this state (i could be wrong). So being God we are created as something finite, yet able to perceive some sort of order within chaos.
alternatively we as an aspect of God develop here in this plane of existence, our evolution so that we may someday arise to the position of Lord. Infinite Chaos is not something that we can understand, it is truly incomprehensible, the great unknown, the absolute mystery. this life could just be a nice little breather within eternity.
