They can't be pinned down, in the sense that even without any physical wood of the original left, the concept of a ship of Theseus never ceases to exist.
I also find worship/sacrifices are kind of a gross way to go about showing what I would say should be reverence to such a God of our world. Gross in that they're often motivated by greed/fear of loss/gain. Empty platitude prayers begging.
I burn and drink wine to Gods appropriate, when I feel I should show reverence for a situation, good, bad, or dull, and reflect on how similar things have played out before and could now in a sort of meditative state where I try to distance myself from desiring any particular outcome.
If the Gods wish to curse or bless me, it is not in my right to whine like a filthy desert pig.
