That very same complacency is exactly why women on Twitch have become an utter joke and the honest women that just want to stream games don't get nearly a tenth of the follow the thots do. Which promotes an environment that encourages 'thotty' behavior.
The only way to change this is constantly rattle the cage and patrolling the thots to where Twitch's hand is forced.
