I recently started smoking cigarettes socially but I am having mixed opinions on it. For one I believe it is a social and cultural thing to do, having a smoke break or a cigarette after dinner or sex is just such an ingrained part of Western culture it just seems natural for an adult to do so. Another thing is that I find it more aesthetic and maybe even less dangerous than vaping considering the nicotine percentage, vaping always seemed like fag shit to me. Lastly, I feel like weed is way too potent, expensive, and also kinda gay.
The problem is I don't want to get addicted and I am really weary of the side effects. Being on pol and fit has really motivated me to be more active and although I am not lifting I still run and do calisthenics and I don't want that to be impacted. Not to mention the ideology of Fascism and National Socialism requires you to strive for physical and mental excellence and obviously, cigarettes get in the way of that. On top of that, I have been told smoking is for fags which I guess they are statistically more likely to do.
The thing is I have only been smoking for a couple of months now and only while in the presence of other people but I feel like the slippery slope is coming on. Maybe it is just my paranoia but I don't want to turn into a ghoul over this shit.
