That has resulted in jews having more power now than they ever did in 2000 years, culminating in Israel being on the brink of bringing America into WW3. You can partially blame evangelic zionist Christianity for this, but the dispensationalist theology that would have lead to this was based off of the same method of jewish hermeneutics that you've tried to apply to scripture.
