Skin on my hands and face was itching all the time. Some months before I watched a vid on youtube where some guy shared that when he started to take iodine his hands stopped itching. Iodine was the only thing I was taking so it was easy to pinpoint the cause of my troubles. I think too much iodine causes immune system to shut down. Stopped taking pills and all the sfx disappeared in a couple of days. I don't know about your country but in mine they put iodine into the salt so we are not deficient. When I was taking pills I didn't feel that they help me anyhow with anything. Everything was just the same until my my hands started itching like hell. As I understand all sorts of bacteria started to get in where the skin is thin enough.
