I'd say they're at the point they were at peak in may, if I don't have another episode till march I could go to woods for pullups again so the might even get toned... somewhat... till autumn or next winter... I hope
I guess the biggest problem is not enough air or adrenaline or both; despite dilated blood vessels I don't get nearly enough oxygen as I need to workout to the fullest of my capacity, I just get dizzy and blank out after too much; it's even worse if I try to do it without coffee, creatine or nitrous as I can't even do half as much that way
