>>15520976Yea I understand the need for arable land, but surely not all of it is used that way. As for the terrain, yea it's not flat as the plains are, but it's not uninhabitable. Look at northern Italy or Austria for example. Cities literally built in a mountainous area, that are thriving with a strong economy.
