Lateral pulldowns, reverse flies (rear delt raises), and regular rows is good for back, dumbell curls, and preacher curls for biceps. Keep in mind with STR training your muscles get used to one motion and start to lose flexibility, which is why you need to work in muscle confusion. I personally use Kris Gethin's 12 week muscle builder, and pick random workouts that target the muscle groups I want to train.
