>[Just a few weeks at most out from the biggest match of her career to date, Sola Fire is hard at work in the gym.]
Strength won’t be an issue in this upcoming match -- Sola is quietly confident she can lift Karna already. And the speed advantage is *most likely* going to go Sola’s way, but... Karna is going to kick her butt. Literally, most likely. Her butt, face, arms, gut -- all wide open to be kicked and punched and twisted and worn down. Sola felt that step up punch Karna uses, and it was a miracle she managed to kick out at all. And not to overstate the obvious, but she didn’t even win that match; she never got a pinfall or a submission of her own. And to top all that off, to win this one, she’ll need to get *two* of those. It’s an uphill climb, no matter how to try and spin it.
But despite the impending doom that is Karna in a 2-out-of-3 falls match, Sola can’t help but worry about Carmody. Sola was at the hospital with Paule -- Paule was more upset about it than even Carmody herself, it seemed -- but Paule is back in action, ready for her debut in the coming days. Sola remember her debut against BIG GAL some months ago, and truly hopes Paule’s goes at least slightly better than that. She makes a mental note to check in on Paule after the show. Briefly, Sola lets her mind wander to the second BIG GAL match up, and the shocking -- well, shocking for the time -- upset she managed. She has no doubt there will be a third match somewhere, sometime, and Sola intends to be ready. But the thought of BIG GAL leads to thoughts of hospitals, and hospitals right now leads back to Carmody. Sola wants to give Carmody some time, but she’ll send a text eventually to find out how she’s going.
