The entire port was leveled - a concrete grain elevator is basically a huge wall. Normally the grain would be explosive, but that doesn't seem to be the case with what's stored in there, since it's in the aftermath pictures. In other words a gigantic wall filled with sand absorbed the blast - that's not exactly surprising, even for a small nuke.
The mushroom cloud lingered for quite a while.
