This is a quote by Marcus Aurelius in his writings called Meditation. This bird is a perfect example. Everything around him is anxious, angry, but for what? for a peaceful bird? Meanwhile the bird is fully present. He realizes that the cows arent present at all and only have tunnel vision, seeing him as an attacker. Despite the cows aggresion he keeps his ground. He is calm. And he isnt cocky, for the best revenge is to not be like them. The bird will fly away if things get too heated, as risking your life just for your false sense of "pride"? that isnt a way to live life.
