i felt so ashamed and sorry for what i did i try to OD and went to the mental hospital and had 2 emergency visits with my doctor since then for nervous breakkdown.
its so unfair so say im worse than these people. ive been so open about my life and my mental health since the begining and i never denied any of it.
ive always apologized and tried to do better. ive always forgiven.
