Why would Shin, who, if not the anti-christ would presumably just be an ordinary if incredibly beautiful 26 year old woman notice that Nana is the anti-christ at all? It makes much more sense that Nana knows Shin is the anti-christ because, being that she is in fact an alien, is not as easily subjected by Shin's satanic powers.
Furthermore, have you noticed how much Shin winks? I really had to stretch myself to find pictures where both of her eyes were open. She does it constantly. One of the most famous qualities of the anti-christ is the single eye. Coincidence? I think we're a bit past those at this point.
