And they don't see foreigners as a threat, because they weren't the ones who had to fight them in the past (As long as they can successfully pass on their genetics, as per evolution). You will need to somehow make her experience the life that she'll have while living with blacks, without her getting seriously harmed. Or you can find other women who have already gone through this and have been left as single parents.
Either you can rent a flat in a heavily black populated area and offer her to stay with you. Just say that your doing research to prove that blacks aren't as bad as people make out. It will be very difficult to convince her to come with you and this will only work if you haven't yet exposed yourself as a racist.
If that doesn't work, then you need to find women who have suffered the consequence of mating with Negroes. Get a support group going and have them meet your sister. Don't tell her what it's about, just say that your having a women-only party. If your using social websites, don't let her find out what your up to. I hope this helps.
