i call it psionic because it has a radiance in it's intellect which is strong and shapes perception. it's basically a new element of the psyche which is necessary to evolve as high intelligent beings.
it means having the energy and intelligence to generate resonances in themselfes and in art so that people can alter inbetween the perception. change perception and understand it from different perspective. mostly morphing away or around from the old static world.
