Honest advice? Get some self confidence and get fit. I'm a mess nowadays but was a raging stud in my 20's.
Get a couple of kettlebells and a training dvd from Pavel. Builds core strength, improves circulation, releases more of the good endorphins and will burn off the wobble in no time. Then maybe join a gym, not one of those posh twat ones, the dirtiest, grubbiest gym you can find as you'll find the grubby gyms are way cheaper & generally attract a better crowd and they'll be super supportive of anyone who's starting their journey as they've been there themselves. They'll spot you, support you and once you're a bit fitter your self confidence and dependencies on anti-d's will vanish. Hope this helps, trust me the first step is always the hardest!
