In all seriousness, Buddhism doesn't say that nothing matters. It says that we should stop caring about anything that will prevent us from finding peace. It's certainly a more cerebral take on metaphysics than "I need to do this and not do that or else my sky daddy is going to lock me in an oven for forever." Christian theologians have spent 2 millennia trying to polish a turd, and while their efforts are commendable, it's still a turd. Not surprising when you realize that it's just an universalist offshoot of Judaism.
