The gubbamint claims the phone is so they can track them when they need to find them for their court date BUT its actually just gibs. I bet they get text message directions from their handlers, whoever it may be. I bet they all get directions come late summer 2024 on how to pick up mail in ballots and fill them out ect ect.
And yes, i too believe they are going to be a call-up army when needed. Why else would have it started in Afghanistan with the "migrant refugees" loaded to the gills in planes being 90% military aged males?
