And by breath, I mean that they instruct the 3rd party company managing their xrp price suppression bots to turn them off.
How complete do things need to be behind the scenes for them to finally let it happen?
Do things need to be 100% in place, or will they let it happen once certain basic frameworks are in place like the AMM (done) and Ripple's stable coin (not yet) are launched?
