not only are they hard to find, but the entire point is that you take a bunch of high quality individuals, put them in a group, and then do something with that group formed, and of course for that you need unity of purpuse and thus a common ideological ground, so the question becomes, how do you track down and recruit a bunch of high quality people disseminated at random through society, who all have their own situation, position in society, ideology and goals, and manage to turn them from whatever they were doing until making the cause their live's purpuse
