Make it like lasagna but save some of the red sauce on top.
Mix the red sauce with grated Emmental cheese and coat the lasagna with it before baking it in oven.

In my home I have a large six kettle kitchen stove (thanks to my grandparents) and a sauna kiuas stove, maybe 10-20 kW (70-110 deg Celsius).
When I am cooking food I will resort to my in house ceramic stove (pic related) or to my terrace gas grill, or to my absolutely trusty Muurikka smoker (next pic)

Quite honestly I have years of experience as a home cook :)

Here's my lasagna.
FYI, it's not soggy at all. I added the rest of the red sauce with added smoke flavor on top of the layers mixed with the cheese gratin
>1/3 of Valio Emmental Black Label, 1/3 of Valio Viola Natural and 1/3 of Valio Salaneuvos (gouda style)
I didn't use a cheddar style cheese, which was a win with smoke aroma.
>cheddar and smoke won't always go well together
>my own observation as a home cook

It turned out to be wonderful. My nephews and nieces ate it all :)

Listen anons, it's not even a hard task to really cook something tasty and fulfilling for you and your friends. You can do that. :)
Pic related is my lasagne in a large casserole. My specialty is to smear the smoked thick sauce on top of it before baking it in my oven.

I know this because I have bought every single game chip and console there is for her in that culture.

Today I have six large HD widescreens in my house and every fucking game console available attached to them. There are more than 300 games in store and growing.

Those are not for me (I don't watch TV or play games) but for my nephews and nieces I need to take care of time to time.

I cook for them ofc. Cooking is what I like to do.

Top tier. Love those chanterelles. As a suggestion the sweet potato makes also a major mash, especially with a puff of white pepper powder on top.

I made lasagna, old pic tho but the same recipe (and the casserole, too). One anon at /ck/ asked if I add lasagna bolognese sauce on top with béchamel sauce and the answer is yes, but don't overflood it. You don't want a soggy lasagna but you will like the "baked top" nuance.
