I love animals, I've lived with them all my life. Dogs, all kinds of birds and insects, bats, mice, deer, snakes... but cats... they bring out a dark side in me. I don't know why, but when I'm around a cat I suddenly start having very violent thoughts about torturing and killing them, things I don't usually think about. I've never actually done anything, but when I was a kid I would mistreat my friend's cats when she wasn't looking, just things like picking them up by their tails or dropping them a little harshly, and would endure it when the cat scratched me, just feeling pure hatred for it. I honestly enjoy gore vids involving cats.
It's just how humanlike they seem at times, it pisses me off.
