I went vegan out of sheer curiosity after a documentary and it changed my life forever. I'm no longer vegan but if ever I need to become a laser focused zero sum sociopath again, I'll be cutting out meat and dairy to get there.
portion size is just as important as the food itself. if you feel tired after a meal, you ate too much. keep it clean and simple. remember that food is fuel for the life you want. as for low T specifically, I'd research cold showers along with what looks to be a positive change in your diet.
