it's not that complicated, just sorta dense. basically i'm just saying that they'll either fight one big dude, go to an arena, or abandon the city so i need to have the big dude, arena fights, and travelling to the next destination ready.
if they end up abandoning the city they'll never fight the big dude or do the arena so i got those things ready for no reason, but that's not the end of the world. i can always repurpose that stuff later
