Theres a scene when you are in an astronomy observatory and this floating old man guy tells ou about the lifeforce of the earth and how it creates life and the Shinra are sapping the life force to make materia (or however the story goes) and I was like WTFFFFFFFFFF?!?!?! This is amazing. Its like every esoteric belief system portrayed in this accessible PSX game. I still have my original disks and can play them on my PC with an emulator.
The only shit thing was the random battles.
